Customer Questions

How long will my delivery take to arrive?

Lead time on all order is 5 working days although we aim to dispatch within 24hrs. If your order item is out of stock and likely to take longer than 5 workings day we shall email you to advise.

How is the glitter wall covering sold?

Our glitter wall coverings are fabric backed and encrusted with metallic glitter pieces. The standard width of our wall Covering is 137cm and is ordered by the whole linear metre (100cm) not by the roll. All orders are cut to the amount of metres required, therefore your order will come on one whole roll.

Are the website images accurate?

We always try our best to supply the highest quality images but due to screen variations colours may vary slightly, We would always recommend ordering samples prior to purchase.

What adhesive should I use?

As the wallpaper has a thick fabric backing, you will require an extra strength adhesive. We recommend the use of our specially sourced and tested Glitter Wallpaper Adhesive. Please note if the recommended adhesive is not used, we are unable to accept responsibility for resulting problems.

How many metres do I need to order?

Please use our handy online wallpaper calculator to work out how many metres you require to cover your wall/s. Please measure the height and width of your wall/s in CM and enter measurements in the required fields.

Always confirm how many metres you require with a professional decorator as we can not be held responsible for any under or over ordering.

Our glitter wall covering is cut to order and therefore is non returnable.

Do you accept returns?

Our glitter wall coverings are cut to order and therefore we are unable to accept returns. Please be sure of the quantity required and colour preference before placing your order.

All wallpaper should be checked for faults before hanging the product, refunds will not apply once the wall covering has been applied to the wall . If the product is faulty a replacement or refund will be made without charge immediately.

What is the difference between your Glam range and your Glitz range?

Our Glam range is of a higher quality and has a more textured Glitter finish with raised, chunky sequences which creates an over all better sparkle. Our Glitz range has a smoother, textured Glitter finish.

We would recommend our Glam range for commercial interiors, where customers/clients may be in constant contact with the Glitter due to it being more hard wearing.

What is the difference between a wallpaper and wall covering?

The main difference between wallpaper and wall coverings is the durability and the width. The standard UK roll width is 52cm whereas our glitter wall coverings are 137cm. The durability and toughness of our wall coverings are higher than that of wallpapers.

Can I collect my order?

Customers are more than welcome to collect their order. As we are an online company you will need to call our offices on 01902 686692 to make an appointment.

Can I order a sample?

We encourage all of our customers to order a sample before placing an order as screen resolution may vary on different monitors. All samples can be requested on our website for a small charge of £1.00 per shade. Simply click the shade of wall covering your require a sample of and then select the “Order Sample” button. Samples are delivered by Royal Mail post; we aim to dispatch samples the same day.

Can you recommend a decorator?

Glitter Bug Wallpaper are supply only, but we may have an approved decorator in your area. Please contact our office on 01902 686692.

Please note: The contract for application rest solely between the customer and decorator.

How do you hang glitter wall covering?

We recommend you use a professional decorator to install your glitter wall covering. A copy of our full installation instructions are included with all orders, should you have any further questions you are welcome to call our support team on 01902 686692.
